On behalf of the Kansas State University (K-State) community, we offer this FREE airport shuttle service from MCI to Manhattan.  We welcome you to the University and are glad you will be studying with us.  We look forward to meeting with you on campus. 

IMPORTANT note for late arrivals:

The last airport shuttle leaves 8:00 PM daily from baggage claim.  If your flight arrives or is delayed such that you cannot make the last shuttle, you will need to get an airport hotel for the night. The airport shuttle will be available the next day. We will confirm your pickup time to meet us back at the baggage claim by email 48 hours in advance.

If you don’t have an address, you will be dropped outside of the Kansas State University student union and must make your own housing or hotel arrangements.

We will confirm your reservation by email 48 hours before and let you know when the van is expected to pick you up. In the event the last person is delayed we may move the pick-up later to pick up everyone when the last person arrives 

Need a ride back to the airport?

Transportation is currently only complimentary from the airport to the campus. If you need to go to the airport you will need to use the booking tool at the bottom to book and pay separately.

Shared riders - Meeting your driver:

There are bathrooms in the baggage claim. You do not have to exit security to meet the driver until the time we confirm 48 hours before. Once you exit the secured area into the baggage claim you will not have access to the stores or restaurants. The drivers will meet ALL students in the baggage claim (pictured below) near baggage claim #6.
