Private service for KU students and/or family.

    • $158.93 per van includes all fees and gratuity.
    • Up to 4 passengers can ride for the same price.
    • Confirmation call if US phone provided or email the day before.
    • We will track your flight and your driver will meet you in the baggage claim area when you land. Upon collecting your luggage you will depart immediately and go directly to your destination.

Transfer back to Kansas City or nearby hotel.

    • $153.62 per van includes all fees and gratuity.
    • Up to 4 passengers can ride for the same price.
    • We will pick you up at your desired time or recommend a time based on your flight departure.
    • Drop off at nearby hotel is also available
    • Confirmation call the day before to verify pickup.

We will confirm your reservation by email and call you the night before to confirm your pickup.

Meeting your driver:

Once you exit the secured area into the baggage claim your driver will meet you with your name on a signboard. If you provided a US phone number the driver will try to call you.

Helpful booking hints:

When typing in the airport, type "MCI" as the airport location and you'll get a drop down that says "MCI - Kansas City International Airport"

Next search for the address at KU you wish to be dropped of at. This can be a dorm, Student center, or nearby hotel.
