- $310 per van includes all fees and gratuity.
- If no other Pittsburg state students arrive within 3 hours you will be charged the van rate.
- Depending on the number of riders you may pay $310, $155.00 or $105.00 per student
- We will track your flight and your driver will meet you in the baggage claim area when you land. Upon collecting your luggage you will depart immediately and go directly to your hotel

We will confirm your reservation by email and call you the night before to confirm your pickup.
Meeting your driver:
There are bathrooms in the baggage claim but you don't have to exit security to meet the driver until the time we confirm 24 hours before. Once you exit the secured area into the baggage claim you will not have access to the stores or restaurants. The drivers will meet ALL students in the baggage claim (pictured below) near baggage claim #6.
Helpful booking hints:
When typing in the airport, type "MCI" as the airport location and you'll get a drop down that says "MCI - Kansas City International Airport"
Next search for the address at Pitt State you wish to be dropped of at. This can be a dorm, Student center, or nearby hotel.
If there are other Pittsburg State arrivals coming in within 3 hours of your reservation we will automatically adjust your pickup time to match the other student(s) arrival. This may delay your pickup, however you will then split the fare 2 or 3 ways. This is ONLY for other Pitt State arrivals.
On the 2nd page be sure to enter "Share" or "Private" in the additional comments section.
