There are 3 options for airport transportation to or from the Benedictine Campus. Prices listed are each way.

Shared Ride Service. Prices include all fees and driver gratuity. Use this option if you are traveling alone or with another person but want to reduce cost by letting us pair you with other event attendees.

As low as $40* per person - Each way(includes driver gratuity)

*Shared ride pricing only available when there are at least 2 passengers. The pricing you see when you check out may not be the total you are charged. Passengers wishing to share are not charged until the morning of travel based on their ability to share. We will call or text to confirm your trip the day before you travel and will let you know charges at that time. You will still have the option to cancel at this time.

Select the Shared Ride - Heroic25 option below so we know you are OK with sharing 

• • We will pair you up with other Heroic Men travelers who land or depart within 1 hour of you. Your maximum wait time after landing will be 1 hour
  • For your departure we will always give you at least 1.5 hours at the airport before your flight, but we may give you up to 2 hours depending on the number of travelers departing
  • We will confirm your reservation(s) when you book and text you a confirmation the day before to confirm
  • Meet your driver in the baggage claim area between the security exit and baggage claim #6
  • We will charge your card the day of your trip based on the number of passengers in your van. This may be full price if there are no other people landing or departing within an hour of your time

Private Service for up to 5 passengers. Prices include all fees and driver gratuity. Use this option if you are traveling alone or with a group but wish to just have your party in the vehicle.

  • No wait time-Leave immediately after collecting bags
  • We will track your flight and your driver will meet you in the baggage claim area when you land
  • Your driver will have your name on a signboard
  • $103.58  per van - From Hotel to Airport
  • You can choose your pickup time on your departure day or we can recommend a time based on your flight departure. We generally recommend  a pickup 2 hours before your flight so that you will have 1.5 hours at the airport
  • We will confirm your reservation(s) when you book and text you a confirmation the day before to confirm

Private Service for up to 10 passengers - Prices include all fees and driver gratuity

  • $232.00  per van - From Hotel to Airport
  • We will track your flight and your driver will meet you in the baggage claim area when you land
  • Your driver will have your name on a signboard
  • Upon collecting your luggage you will depart immediately and go directly to your hotel
