There are 2 options for airport transportation to or from your Downtown area hotel.
- Private non-shared service for up to 5 passengers.
- ~$70.00 From Airport to Hotel or Hotel to Airport per van includes gratuity.
- We will track your flight whether you are early or late and your driver will meet you in the baggage claim area when you land. (Photo below) Upon collecting your luggage you will depart immediately.
- No other people other than those travelling with you or specifically requested if arriving on another flight.
- For trips back to the airport we recommend arriving at the airport at least an hour and a half before your flight is scheduled to depart.
- Private non-shared service for up to 11 passengers
- ~$170.00 From Airport to Hotel or Hotel to Airport per van includes gratuity(With PROMO CODE T170 only-to book this option please see specific instructions in booking hints below)
Please call the office directly at 816-891-9999 and select option #3 if you have any questions or would like to book by phone. We can also do non-airport transportation to or from the convention center or one of our many fabulous local KC restaurants.
We will confirm your reservation by email and call you the night before to confirm your pickup and we may give you a slightly later pickup time if there are less than expected passengers on that run.
Helpful booking hints:
Under "Select Service Type" make sure to choose DIGF25 at the bottom of the drop down if you are booking a 5 passenger van.
If you are booking a transit van for 6-11 passengers, you will choose Downtown Hotel on the pricing screen and it will show $179.99. Hit book now and you will be able to enter your promo code on the next screen.
When booking to or from the airport, Type "MCI" as the airport location and you'll get a drop down that says "MCI - Kansas City International Airport"
The address of the Marriott Downtown is 200 W. 12th St. The address of the Loews Hotel is 1515 Wyandotte St. Type in the address and wait for the drop down and select the correct hotel.
If you are staying at a different hotel, just type in the Hotel name like examples above and select the correct address.
On the 2nd page be sure to enter "Global Finals" in the additional comments section, and make sure you use the promo code T170 only if you are booking a transit van for 6 or more passengers, or the prices will reflect the full rate instead of your discounted price.
IMPORTANT:If you need special assistance getting in/out of van, or any other special requests, please put that into the "additional notes" section when booking. All vans do have step stools if needed. We are service animal and emotional support animal friendly! Regular pets are also welcome when transported in a carrier.
