There are 3 options for airport transportation to or from Manhattan. Prices listed are each way.
1. Shared Ride Service- Prices include all fees and driver gratuity.(sign up as an individual, with the opportunity to be grouped with other travelers arriving around the same time as you)
- As low as $108* per person - Each way(includes driver gratuity)
*Shared ride pricing only available when there are at least 3 passengers.

- Select the Shared Ride - 16th ICPA option below so we know you are OK with sharing with others
- We will pair you up with other travelers going to your event who land or depart within 1 hour of you. Your maximum wait time after landing will be 1 hour.
- For your departure we will always give you at least 1.5 hours at the airport before your flight, but we may give you up to 2 hours depending on the number of travelers departing.
- We will confirm your reservation(s) when you book and text you a confirmation the day before to confirm with your estimated pickup time based on all passengers in your group.
- Meet your driver in the baggage claim area between the security exit and baggage claim #6
- We will charge your card the day of your trip based on the number of passengers in your van
2. Private Service- for 1-5 passengers. Prices include all fees and driver gratuity.
(for those arriving as an individual but who don't wish to be grouped with other travelers arriving around the same time as you, OR sign up as a group of up to 5 passengers arriving together or wishing to share the cost of the ride with only those in your group)
$325 per van - From airport to Manhattan.

We will track your flight and your driver will meet you in the baggage claim area when you land.

You can choose your pickup time on your departure day or we can recommend a time based on your flight departure. We generally recommend a pickup 3.5 hours before your flight so that you will have 1.5 hours at the airport.
3. Private Service for 6-10 passengers. Prices include all fees and driver gratuity.
(sign up as a group of up to 10 passengers arriving together or wishing to share the cost of the ride with your group only)

We will track your flight and your driver will meet you in the baggage claim area when you land.

Upon collecting your luggage you will depart immediately and go directly to your hotel.
Helpful booking hints:
When booking to or from the airport, Type "MCI" as the airport location and you'll get a drop down that says "MCI - Kansas City International Airport"
Type in the address and wait for the drop down and select to hotel or address where you want to be dropped off. The system will auto populate options, please make sure you select the correct one as it is most likely not the top option.
On the 2nd page be sure to enter "16th ICPA" in the additional comments section so we know which organization you are with.
